This classic Meatloaf and Stuffing Casserole is a hearty, comforting dish loaded with flavor. Perfect for a family dinner!

  • 2 lb ground beef preferably 80% lean
  • 1 cup stuffing mix store-bought
  • 1 pc egg beaten
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 tbsp ketchup for topping

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, beaten egg, and milk. Mix until just combined.
  • Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf mixture.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.

Notes

Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld together.
