Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, beaten egg, and milk. Mix until just combined.
Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf mixture.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
Notes
Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld together.
