Meatball Sliders

These tasty Meatball Sliders make a perfect party appetizer or an easy weeknight dinner that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 80% lean
  • 1 cup bread crumbs Italian style
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 oz slider buns

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, and salt until well combined.
  • Form mixture into 12 small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake meatballs for 25 to 30 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Assemble sliders by placing a meatball on each slider bun.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a slice of cheese and a spoonful of marinara sauce to each slider.
