Marshmallow Pie Recipe

This delightful marshmallow pie is a perfect treat for any sweet tooth, combining light and fluffy marshmallows with a buttery graham cracker crust.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup sugar white granulated
  • 0.75 cup butter melted
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows divided
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream cold

Preparation Steps

  • To prepare the crust, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt 3 cups of marshmallows, stirring frequently until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Fold in the cold heavy cream until well mixed.
  • Pour the marshmallow mixture into the chilled pie crust. Top with remaining cup of marshmallows.

Notes

You can toast the top layer of marshmallows under a broiler for an extra golden finish.
