Preparation Steps
To prepare the crust, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt 3 cups of marshmallows, stirring frequently until smooth.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Fold in the cold heavy cream until well mixed.
Pour the marshmallow mixture into the chilled pie crust. Top with remaining cup of marshmallows.
Notes
You can toast the top layer of marshmallows under a broiler for an extra golden finish.
