In a medium bowl, combine the drained mozzarella balls, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Stir gently to coat the mozzarella balls evenly with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably a few hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the marinated mozzarella balls chilled or at room temperature. They are delicious on their own, with crackers, or as part of an antipasto platter.
Notes
Leftover marinated mozzarella balls can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Add a little more fresh herbs before serving if desired.
