Main Ingredients

  • 2 oz Lobster Tails Thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika Optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt To taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the lobster tail shell, stopping before the tail fin. Gently separate the shell to expose the lobster meat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with extra melted butter or lemon wedges, if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture. Be careful not to overcook the lobster, as it can become tough.
