  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • Add the cauliflower florets and cook until they are soft.
  • Use an immersion blender to puree the cauliflower until smooth.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and heavy cream, and simmer until the cheese is melted.
