Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the lemon zest and juice.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut out cookies using cookie cutters.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
