  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning and salt on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
