Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast for 8-12 minutes, or until tender-crisp, depending on the thickness of the asparagus.
Remove from oven and immediately toss with lemon zest and lemon juice.
