Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, 1/4 cup of sugar, and lemon juice.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk and melted butter until the batter is smooth.
Spread the blueberry mixture in a 9x9 inch baking dish. Pour the batter over the blueberries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown.
Notes
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
