  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt Or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper Or to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine corn, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar. Mix well.
  • Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  • Pour the corn mixture into the skillet and spread evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add other ingredients such as diced onions, bell peppers, or jalapenos for extra flavor. A sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top also adds a nice touch.
