Jello Roll-Ups Recipe

A refreshing and easy-to-make dessert, perfect for summer. These Jello Roll-Ups are bursting with fruity flavor and are a fun treat for kids and adults alike.

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Lime Jello
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 package Refrigerated Biscuits

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare Jello according to package directions. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate until set.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Once the Jello is set, invert it onto a clean surface. Carefully remove the pan. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the Jello.
  • Roll up the Jello tightly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Slice into individual roll-ups and serve with whipped cream.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, use two packages of Jello. You can also experiment with different flavors of Jello.
