Preparation Steps
Prepare Jello according to package directions. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate until set.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Once the Jello is set, invert it onto a clean surface. Carefully remove the pan. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the Jello.
Roll up the Jello tightly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Slice into individual roll-ups and serve with whipped cream.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, use two packages of Jello. You can also experiment with different flavors of Jello.
