Jalapeno Popper Totchos

Crispy tater tots loaded with spicy jalapenos, creamy cheese, and all the fixings. A fun and flavorful twist on classic nachos!

  • 2 cups Tater Tots
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Jalapenos
  • 0.5 cup Bacon Bits cooked and crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sour Cream optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos.
  • Once tater tots are cooked, top with the cream cheese mixture, bacon bits, and green onions.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream, if desired.

Notes

For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
