In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

This meatloaf is great served with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
