Instructions
Preparation Steps
Turn on the Instant Pot and select Saute function.
Add beef slices and saute until browned.
Stir in sliced onion and bell pepper; saute until softened.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Release pressure carefully, then open the lid.
Place provolone cheese slices over the beef mixture and let melt.
Serve the beef and cheese mixture on hoagie rolls.
Notes
Try adding mushrooms for extra flavor.
