Instructions
Preparation Steps
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the chicken breast on both sides.
Add chicken broth, carrots, peas, and mushrooms to the pot.
Cancel sauté mode, secure the lid, and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
Quick release the pressure, open the lid, and stir in egg noodles.
