  • 1.5 pounds chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough cut into quarters

Preparation Steps

  • Turn on the Instant Pot and select the 'Sauté' function. Add a splash of oil to the pot.
  • Add chicken, carrots, celery, and chicken broth. Lock the lid and set to 'Manual' for 15 minutes.
  • After cooking, release the pressure and open the lid. Stir in the biscuit dough pieces.
  • Set to 'Sauté' for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until dough is cooked through.

Notes

Feel free to add some peas or corn for extra flavor and color.
