Instructions
Preparation Steps
Turn on the Instant Pot and select the 'Sauté' function. Add a splash of oil to the pot.
Add chicken, carrots, celery, and chicken broth. Lock the lid and set to 'Manual' for 15 minutes.
After cooking, release the pressure and open the lid. Stir in the biscuit dough pieces.
Set to 'Sauté' for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until dough is cooked through.

Feel free to add some peas or corn for extra flavor and color.
