How to Whisk Up a Perfect Gluten-Free Ice Cream Cake Without a Machine!

A delightful gluten-free ice cream cake that's easy to make without an ice cream machine. Perfect for summer parties!

  • 1 pint Gluten-Free Ice Cream Softened slightly
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Chocolate Cookies Crushed
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Optional topping
  • 2 tablespoon Hot Fudge Sauce Optional topping

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Line a cake pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang.
  • Spread half of the softened ice cream evenly over the bottom of the pan.
  • Sprinkle the crushed gluten-free cookies over the ice cream layer.
  • Spread the remaining ice cream over the cookie layer. Smooth the top.
  • Cover with the overhanging plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  • Remove from the freezer and invert the cake onto a serving plate. Remove the plastic wrap.
  • Top with whipped cream and hot fudge sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
