Crushed

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line a cake pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang.
Spread half of the softened ice cream evenly over the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle the crushed gluten-free cookies over the ice cream layer.
Spread the remaining ice cream over the cookie layer. Smooth the top.
Cover with the overhanging plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
Remove from the freezer and invert the cake onto a serving plate. Remove the plastic wrap.
Top with whipped cream and hot fudge sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use a high-quality gluten-free ice cream. Enjoy!
