  • 1 lb Elbow Macaroni Cooked according to package directions
  • 1 jar Pizza Sauce (24 oz)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoni Sliced
  • 0.25 cup Green Bell Pepper Diced
  • 0.25 cup Black Olives Sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and pizza sauce. Mix well to ensure all the pasta is coated.
  • Pour half of the macaroni mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, green bell pepper, and black olives.
  • Pour the remaining macaroni mixture over the toppings. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole stand for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add other pizza toppings to customize your casserole! Sausage, mushrooms, or onions would all be great additions.
