Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and pizza sauce. Mix well to ensure all the pasta is coated.
Pour half of the macaroni mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, green bell pepper, and black olives.
Pour the remaining macaroni mixture over the toppings. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
