This gluten-free peanut butter quick bread is so easy to make in one bowl! It's moist, delicious, and perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour With xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1 cup Milk Any type
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Oil Vegetable or canola

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the sugar, peanut butter, milk, eggs, and oil to the bowl. Mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
