Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, honey, and minced garlic.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Notes
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
