  • 1.25 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, honey, and minced garlic.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles.

Notes

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
