  • 1 tbsp Honey Or maple syrup

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the warm water, olive oil, and honey to the dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Gently transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top with wet fingers.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 200°F (93°C).
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

For best results, use a high-quality gluten-free flour blend. Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
