Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the chicken over medium-high heat until browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the chicken broth, beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and oregano. Bring to a simmer.
Return the chicken to the pot. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth. Serve hot.
