  • 1 can Great Northern beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Canned corn drained
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the chicken over medium-high heat until browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the chicken broth, beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and oregano. Bring to a simmer.
  • Return the chicken to the pot. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth. Serve hot.
