  • 0.25 cup Sweet Pickle Relish Adds a touch of sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard For a little tang

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shrimp, celery, red onion, and sweet pickle relish.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
