  • 4 pork chops Boneless Pork Chops About 1-inch thick
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix and mayonnaise.
  • Brush olive oil on a baking sheet. Place pork chops on the baking sheet and spread the ranch mixture evenly over each pork chop.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
