Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix and mayonnaise.
Brush olive oil on a baking sheet. Place pork chops on the baking sheet and spread the ranch mixture evenly over each pork chop.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
