Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place gluten-free pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Stir in pecan halves.
Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the filling is set. The center may still be slightly jiggly but will firm up as it cools.
Let cool completely before serving.
