  • 1 box Gluten-Free Pie Crust Refrigerated
  • 1 cup Pecan Halves Roughly Chopped
  • 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 4 Large Eggs Lightly Beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter Unsalted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place gluten-free pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  • Stir in pecan halves.
  • Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until the filling is set. The center may still be slightly jiggly but will firm up as it cools.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
