  • 1 lb Lo Mein Noodles fresh or dried
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Sliced carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 0.25 cup Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables and cook until thickened.
