Main Ingredients
- 32 oz Frozen Pierogi Cheddar and Potato flavor
- 1 lb Kielbasa Sausage Smoked
- 1 cup Sour Cream Full fat
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.75 oz
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
Preparation Steps
Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
In a skillet, saute onion in butter until softened.
Slice kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
Layer half of the pierogi in the slow cooker, followed by half of the kielbasa, half of the onion, and half of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
