Preparation Steps
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with vanilla wafers.
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and ice water. Whisk until smooth.
Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk until well combined. Let stand for 2 minutes to thicken.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
Arrange a layer of sliced bananas over the vanilla wafers. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
Repeat layers of wafers, bananas, and pudding mixture. Top with remaining wafers.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with shaved chocolate or extra whipped cream before serving.
