Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 box Refrigerated Pie Crusts Pillsbury or store brand

Filling

  • 1 cup Pecan Halves Chopped
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 0.25 cup Corn Syrup Light or Dark
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter Unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Unroll pie crusts and place one in the bottom of the pan. Press it firmly against the bottom and up the sides.
  • In a medium bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  • Pour the pecan mixture over the pie crust in the pan. Spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
