Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Add apple slices to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until softened.
Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
