  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
