  • 2 lb Russet Potatoes Peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Warmed
  • 4 tbsp Butter Unsalted
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper To taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
  • In the same pot, mash the potatoes with a potato masher or electric mixer until smooth.
  • Stir in the warm heavy cream, butter, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the mashed potato mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
