- 2 lb Russet Potatoes Peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Heavy Cream Warmed
- 4 tbsp Butter Unsalted
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Salt To taste
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper To taste
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
In the same pot, mash the potatoes with a potato masher or electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in the warm heavy cream, butter, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the mashed potato mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
