  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb Penne pasta
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 cup Heavy cream
  • 8 oz White cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in white cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
