  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.25 cup Chicken broth Low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken cutlet in the mixture, ensuring both sides are coated evenly.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the dredged chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic Parmesan sauce over each cutlet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and the chicken is heated through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
