How to Make Baked Ravioli and Meat Sauce: 7 Key Steps for Delish Dinners!
This baked ravioli recipe combines store-bought ravioli with a flavorful homemade meat sauce and plenty of cheese, all baked to bubbly perfection. A quick and easy weeknight dinner!
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese and half of the parmesan cheese.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer over the sauce. Spread the ricotta cheese mixture over the ravioli, then top with the remaining ravioli and meat sauce.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden brown. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
