Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour and salt.
Add the olive oil and hot water. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
Place one dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin circle.
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Carefully peel off the top layer of parchment paper and flip the tortilla onto the skillet.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For softer tortillas, add a tablespoon of psyllium husk powder to the dough.
