Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper. Stir in parmesan cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Notes
These biscuits are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
