Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add the boiling water to the batter, mixing until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
