Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
