  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
