  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce your favorite brand
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or a blend of Italian cheeses
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoni sliced, or any desired toppings

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare the gluten-free pizza dough according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  • Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
