Instructions
Preparation Steps
Prepare the gluten-free pizza dough according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
