  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, reduce baking time by 2-3 minutes. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
