Hot Honey Chicken Recipe

Crispy chicken thighs tossed in a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce. A quick and easy weeknight dinner!

  • 1.5 lbs Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Hot honey

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken thighs to the flour mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  • Pour hot honey over the chicken and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, you can bread the chicken twice. Serve with your favorite sides, such as rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
