Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, thyme, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Using a spoon or brush, generously coat both sides of each chicken breast with the honey mustard mixture.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
