Instructions
Preparation Steps
If using links of sausage, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sausage pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the sausage in the skillet.
Stir to coat the sausage evenly and let it simmer for about 5-8 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and the sausage is cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
