  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour For dredging
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Optional
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil For frying

Preparation Steps

  • Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes. Mix garlic powder into the breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each cheese cube in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Carefully drop cheese bites into the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
  • Fry for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  • Remove cheese bites with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Serve immediately while hot and gooey. Enjoy!
