Preparation Steps
Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes. Mix garlic powder into the breadcrumbs.
Dredge each cheese cube in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully drop cheese bites into the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Remove cheese bites with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve immediately while hot and gooey. Enjoy!
