Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add eggs and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
Add ham and peas to the skillet, sauté for 3 minutes.
Stir in the rice, soy sauce, and scrambled eggs.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes until heated through.
Notes
Adjust soy sauce to taste. Perfect with a side of chili sauce.
