Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • With a large kitchen knife, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls so that there are two even slabs.
  • Place the bottom slab of the rolls on the baking sheet. Layer 12 slices of ham on the rolls, followed by 12 slices of Swiss cheese. Add the remaining 12 slices of ham on top of the cheese and cover with the other half of the Hawaiian rolls slab.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder. Whisk together until well incorporated.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the Hawaiian sweet rolls. Let the rolls sit for 5 minutes.
  • Cover the rolls with aluminum foil and place the baking sheet in the oven for 18 minutes.
  • After 18 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and remove the top layer of aluminum foil. Return the tray to the oven for an additional 5 to 6 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Cut the sliders and serve warm.
