Ham and Cheese Hot Pockets

A delightful and easy recipe for homemade ham and cheese hot pockets, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour Plus extra for dusting
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup cubed ham Diced into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg Beaten, for brushing

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix flour and a pinch of salt, then add water gradually to form dough.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into 8 equal squares.
  • Place a small amount of ham and cheese in the center of each square.
  • Fold over the dough to cover the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  • Brush pockets with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

These hot pockets can be frozen for future use. Simply reheat in the oven when ready to serve.
