Diced into small pieces

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour and a pinch of salt, then add water gradually to form dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into 8 equal squares.
Place a small amount of ham and cheese in the center of each square.
Fold over the dough to cover the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush pockets with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
These hot pockets can be frozen for future use. Simply reheat in the oven when ready to serve.
