Ham and Cheese Croissant
A quick and easy recipe for a delicious ham and cheese croissant, perfect for breakfast or a light snack.

Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
Spread a thin layer of softened butter on the inside of each croissant half.

Layer two slices of ham and two slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.

Place the top half of each croissant back on.
Wrap each assembled croissant loosely in aluminum foil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissant is warmed through.
Carefully remove from foil and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra touch, you can add a thin spread of Dijon mustard before the ham and cheese.
