Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the ground beef and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve the ground beef teriyaki over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions, if desired.
Notes
